Each question you moderate, that is inline with the general consensus of moderation, earns you more protein. But be thoughtful, if you moderate the question in a fashion that doesn't jive with the crowd you may lose protein.
Protein for moderation is not immediate because it is earned relative to other moderation so you may not see your protein change as you moderate. Though when you are sleeping ...WHAM your protein will magically increase.
